At its core BEAT is designed to support our members feel confident, strong, healthy and happy, with the key word here being individual.
Although our training structure is delivered in a group setting we fully understand that everyone has different goals and motivators that are specific to them. At BEAT we will give you the tools to take control of your wellbeing journey and can support you in any way in which you require it.
Starting with our large group sessions of up to 30 people, our community has naturally created a welcoming and safe environment to take away the anxiety of walking into a space of 30 strangers and picking up a pair of dumbbells. We see all abilities throughout our larger sessions and always finish feeling a sense of accomplishment and motivation for the next session.
Our small sessions of up to 15 allow us to spend more time with you individually to really drill into technique. Here we use our years of coaching experience to ensure you get the most out of a 60m session and that you continue progressing in the right way to get results.
BEAT360 is a full supported, individualised training programme that will guarantee you results. Through our APP we will create a personalised training programme which includes nutrition guidance, habit building and lifestyle changes all driving you towards your ultimate goal.
