Our training is delivered in a group format, however we know the importance of your individual journey. This is why your membership will start with a 1:1 consultation to understand your goals and work our way round any barriers you feel you may have.
We will also set up your training schedule, put in place an accountability process and guide you on your personal nutritional needs. You will also get to experience the gym floor for the first time in this 1:1 session to ensure you are confident to move into a small group setting for your training.
